The structure of beer crates is very complex. we use Becu insert on surface to shorten the cooling time. Beer Crate mould use pulling structure during the injection and the beer crates are cosmetic part so we must ask the beer crate deformation is smallest during the injection,easy to assembly and couldn’t leave the gate and ejection pin trail.
Beer bottle crate mould walls require core pulling and use Ha barking structure in the Four sides .Sometimes due to the Ha barking wedge too tight, as well as the beer crate remain in the unclassified part line and difficult to demoulding.So we adopt The pulling hook mechanism for ejection, Made the Ha barking with the pulling hook move out at the same time.
